- Push Notifications: We ask your permission for Push Notifications to send alerts, reminders, or updates related to your travel plans or social interactions.

- App Interactions: Which features you use, how long you use them, inapp purchases, etc.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, App version, and other relevant technical details.

- Social Posts: Photos, text, and media you share in the Apps social feed.
- Chats: Messages exchanged with other users.
- Uploaded Media/Documents: Files you upload for travel planning or sharing.

- Transaction Details: Information about your inApp purchases, such as credit purchases.
- Note: We do not store full credit card details; payments are processed through secure, thirdparty payment processors.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- Travel Planning: To generate itineraries and make personalized recommendations.
- Location-Based Services: To suggest attractions, restaurants, or activities near you.
- Social Interactions: To enable features like chat, posts, and user matching.
- Communication: To send notifications, OTPs, updates, and support messages.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: To verify identities, detect abuse, and secure your account.
- Analytics & Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and enhance our services.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
- 3.1 With Other Users
- Public Posts: Content you share to the social feed will be visible to other users.
- Chat Messages: Private messages remain between you and the recipient(s).
- 3.2 With Third-Party Service Providers
- We may share your data with vendors that help us run the Appfor payment processing, map services, analytics, or marketing.
- 3.3 Legal Disclosure
- We may disclose your information to comply with law, legal processes, or governmental requests.
- 3.4 Business Transfers

4. RIGHTS OF USERS IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS

- California (USA): Under Shine the Light and CPRA, California residents may opt out of certain disclosures.

9. CHILDRENS PRIVACY
Traveinstein is not intended for children under 12. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If we learn of such data, we will promptly delete it.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS & DATA TRANSFER
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where we operate. By using the App, you agree to such transfers and processing under this Privacy Policy.
