At Traveinstein ("we," "our," or "us"), your privacy is a priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Traveinstein mobile application ("App"). - 1.4. Usage Data
- App Interactions: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed, duration of use, and in-app purchases.
- Device Information: Details about your device, such as model, operating system, IP address, and app version.
- 1.5. Content Data
- Social Posts: Photos, text, and media you share on the App's social feed.
- Chats: Messages exchanged with other users via the chat feature.
- Uploaded Content: Media or documents uploaded for travel planning or sharing purposes.
- 1.6. Payment Data
- Transaction Details: Information related to in-app purchases, such as credit purchases for advanced features. (Note: We do not store credit card information; payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Travel Planning: To generate itineraries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Location-Based Services: To suggest attractions, restaurants, and events near your location.
- Social Interactions: To enable chat, social posts, and connecting with other users.
- Communication: To send you notifications, OTPs, and updates.
- Security: To verify your identity, protect against fraud, and ensure a secure user experience.
- Analytics: To analyze trends and improve the App's features and functionality.
- Legal: Investigate theft or other illegal activities and ensure a secure online environment; detect the unauthorized reception, use, or abuse of the App; protect you and other subscribers from fraudulent, abusive, unlawful use of, or subscription to, the App; protect our rights, our personnel, and our property; and comply with applicable law, including requests from law enforcement.
3. Sharing Your Information
- 3.1. With Other Users
- Public Posts: Content shared on the social feed is visible to other users.
- Chat Messages: Messages are private between you and the recipient(s).
- 3.2. With Third-Party Service Providers
- To process payments, provide map functionality, and support analytics or marketing efforts.
- 3.3. Legal Obligations
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
- 3.4. Business Transfers
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
4. Your California Privacy Rights
California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code Section 1798.83, requires businesses that disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes to give California customers the ability to opt out of such disclosure. The California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) grants residents of California certain rights with respect to their personal information. The App respects these rights and complies with them.
5. Disclosures to Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah
Privacy laws in these states give residents certain rights with respect to their personal data. The App respects these rights and complies with them.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to individuals in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland, Australia, and New Zealand. The App respects these rights and complies with them.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete your data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Traveinstein is not intended for users under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
12. International Users
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where we operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
